Richland County residents are invited to share comments about a proposed Transportation Penny referendum during a public hearing at County Council’s July 9 meeting.

The County welcomes feedback from the public on its operating budget for the upcoming fiscal year, which begins July 1, 2024, and ends June 30, 2025.

Richland County will host the annual S.C. Ag + Art Tour, featuring 20 farm- and arts-related tour sites and more than 100 local artisans, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. the weekend of June 8-9.
