New Construction and Service
Your solid waste annual fees and a $75 initial set-up fee for newly constructed homes must be paid at the time the account is established. The annual fee for curbside collection will then be included in each property owner’s tax bill. Contact Richland County at 803-576-2440 to set up an account and to have a new garbage roll cart delivered to your location. Recycling roll carts are by request only, at no additional charge.
Moving?
Do NOT take roll carts with you. Roll carts are the property of Richland County and are to remain at the same location. If there are no carts at the new address, contact Richland County at 803-576-2440 and new ones will be delivered if the service fee has been paid.
