Access to Richland County Government facilities will be restricted to essential personnel beginning Friday, March 20, in an effort to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, or coronavirus.
Richland County Council Chair Paul Livingston has signed an emergency declaration in accordance with County ordinance to initiate specific actions to respond to COVID-19, or coronavirus.
