Richland County offices will close Dec. 24-26 and Jan. 1 to observe the Christmas and New Year’s Day holidays.

Richland County will provide curbside trash collection services Tuesday, Dec. 24. There will be no curbside collections Christmas Day, Dec. 25. Regularly scheduled collections for Dec. 25-27 will be pushed back one day:

•          Wednesday, Dec. 25 collections will be picked up Thursday

•          Thursday, Dec. 26 collections will be picked up Friday

•          Friday, Dec. 27 collections will be picked up Saturday

There will be no curbside collection New Year’s Day, Jan. 1.  Collections scheduled for Jan. 1-3 will be pushed back one day:

•          Wednesday, Jan. 1 collections will be picked up Thursday

•          Thursday, Jan. 2 collections will be picked up Friday

•          Friday, Jan. 3 collections will be picked up Saturday

The Richland County landfill and Lower Richland drop-off site will be closed Dec. 24-26.  Both locations reopen Dec. 27 for normal operating hours.  Both sites close Jan. 1 and reopen Jan. 2 for normal operating hours.
