Richland County Government offices will close Monday, Feb. 17 in observance of Presidents Day.

Curbside trash and recycling collection will run on their normal schedules. The County’s C&D Landfill and Lower Richland drop-off facility will close that day and return to their regular schedules Tuesday, Feb. 18.

The County’s Jim Hamilton-L.B. Owens Airport will operate on regular hours, 6 a.m.-10 p.m.
