Richland County Government offices will close Monday, Sept. 5 in observance of the Labor Day holiday.

There will be no curbside waste or recycling collection on Monday. Collection routes scheduled Monday will be picked up Tuesday, Sept. 6, as all regularly scheduled collections for the week will be delayed one day. The County landfill and the Lower Richland Drop-off facility also will be closed Monday and will return to a regular schedule Tuesday.

The County’s Jim Hamilton-L.B. Owens Airport will operate regular hours Monday, 6 a.m.-10 p.m
