Keynote Address by Dr. David Shields, Carolina Distinguished Professor, Chairman of the Carolina Gold Rice Foundation, author of Southern Provisions, and expert in traditional southern foodways

The SCACD East Piedmont Region includes the counties of Cherokee, Newberry, Union, Lexington, York, Chester, Fairfield, Richland, Lancaster, and Kershaw. This event is hosted by the Richland Soil and Water Conservation District.
