Assessment of Fair Housing (AFH) can be accessed by clicking here. Richland County will accept comments regarding its content and the plan of action proposed through December 28, 2016. Comments should be e-mailed to jenningsj@rcgov.us.
Two separate public hearings (November 21st at 5:15 pm – 2020 Hampton Street, County Council Chambers and December 28th at 5:30 pm at the Cecil Tillis Center, 2111 Simpkins Lane). The Public Comment Period officially begins November 13th through December 28th. The AFH document will be submitted to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development January 4, 2017.
