To cancel your water or sewer service with Richland County Utilities, follow the directions below. If you have questions, please call (803) 401-0050, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Request to Terminate Utility Service form
You will need to know your Richland County TMS No.
The name and phone number of your closing attorney or real estate agent if you are selling your home
