Richland County conveniently provides curbside waste collection to all residential
households in the un-incorporated areas of the county. Richland is one of only a
few counties which provide front door services to home owners. Roll carts and red
recycling bins are provided by the County. They are repaired, replaced, and delivered
at no additional cost.
