| The Clerk of Court's Office is divided into two areas: Circuit Court which handles civil and criminal cases and the Family Court which handles juvenile and domestic cases. | ||||||||||||||||||
| The office is committed to public service. Computers are used in every area and have contributed to the efficiency of the office. Over 5,000 civil cases, 10,000 criminal warrants, 5,000 domestic cases and juvenile cases are filed each year. Court is held 46 weeks a year. | ||||||||||||||||||
